Sundberg Kennedy Ly-Au Young Architects is now Side x Side Architects! Side x Side is led by Gladys Ly-Au Young, AIA + NOMA, majority owner, and fellow founding partner, John Kennedy, AIA, who have collaborated for 30 years on mission-driven projects. Together, they continue to lead our small but mighty design collective and create a new ecosystem of care within the built environment. In addition to our new name and leadership, we've moved our office space to Seattle’s Chinatown International District. Our new office, a historic storefront in the Eastern Hotel building on Maynard Ave. S., will be a place to work side by side on projects and offer space for community gathering and creative collaboration.
